New allegations of sexual assault have come to light involving R&B singer Trey Songz.

Two women have come forward, claiming that they woke up the morning after attending a 2015 house party hosted by the singer in California to find him engaging in "heinous" non-consensual sexual acts.

According to a 17-page complaint obtained by PEOPLE, the two women, referred to as "Jane Doe A and Jane Doe B," allege that Songz forced himself upon them after a night during which they were "coercively pressed to drink from unsealed liquor bottles, which were curiously full."

The complaint, which outlines the women's experience in 2015, states, "Trey Songz, cloaked in his celebrity status, believed he could act with impunity. He is wrong."

"Jane Doe A and Jane Doe B came to his Bell Canyon, California residence on August 2, 2015, expecting a celebration. Instead, they were subjected to acts so heinous, so contrary to basic human decency, that they defy comprehension."

TMZ reports that the two women allege they met Trey Songz, whose real name is Tremaine Neverson, at one of his concerts in June 2015 and were subsequently invited to an afterparty. They claim they received an invitation to his home in August for his birthday party.

The women assert that they took an Uber to Songz's residence and were required to provide a password and surrender their phones for entry. The gathering allegedly consisted mostly of women, with only a few men present.

Despite consuming what they believed to be a moderate amount of alcohol, the women reported feeling "intensely intoxicated" and suspected they had been drugged. They recall sitting by the pool on a couch, where Songz allegedly intervened and guided them to an upstairs bedroom, where they eventually passed out, still fully clothed.

One woman alleges that Songz forced himself on her the following morning, and she was overpowered when she tried to resist.

Songz's attorney, Michael Freedman, responded to the complaint by stating, "yet another example of nearly decade-old allegations being repurposed to take advantage of California’s constitutionally questionable new look-back window," in a statement provided to TMZ and Rolling Stone.

Over the years, the Virginia native has faced multiple allegations of sexual assault. In February of the previous year, he was accused of rape in a $20 million lawsuit stemming from a 2016 incident, which his representative labeled "false." In April, he was cleared of an assault investigation in Las Vegas. In 2020, Songz denied a misconduct claim.

Additionally, in 2017, actress Keke Palmer alleged that Trey Songz used "sexual intimidation" during her participation in his music video.
