Elon Musk who recently became the world’s wealthiest person discussed why he left South Africa when at a young age because he was not interested in oppressing black people.

Elon Musk who was born in Pretoria left South Africa because he did not want to join the Army (South African Defence Force) and has been living in the United States ever since. The man behind Space X and Tesla, Elon Musk has made a huge success of himself while living in the United States but many often question why he is so quiet about his South African roots. “Spending two years suppressing black people didn’t seem to be a great use [of the] force,” says Elon Musk in the TikTok interview.

While many criticised Elon Musk who has a net worth of $255 billion for not putting enough time into his South African background. A lot of them commended him for not taking part in apartheid and the oppression of black people.
