Malusi Gigaba's estranged wife, Norma Mngoma, has agreed to testify before the state capture inquiry.

Noma Mngoma is expected to detail visits she made with Gigaba to the Gupta compound in Saxonwold, Johannesburg. She says that she'll testify in court papers she filed opposing the police minister's appeal, against a judgment ruling her arrest unlawful. Noma Mngoma says her arrest was orchestrated to remove evidence from her devices of Gigaba's corrupt relationship with the Guptas.
