Lauryn Hill has decided to cancel the remaining dates of her tour, including the upcoming show in Philadelphia, as she battles severe vocal strain.

The tour, created to celebrate the 25th anniversary of her solo debut album, "The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill," also featured collaborative shows with her band, the Fugees.

In an Instagram post, Hill explained that she had been struggling with vocal strain for the past month, relying on Prednisone to endure the tour. However, she emphasized the need for genuine vocal recovery and discontinuing the medication to prevent long-term negative effects on her voice and body.

Despite the setback, Hill announced that the canceled dates would be rescheduled for early 2024, with the tour expanding to include new cities domestically and overseas. She expressed gratitude for the overwhelming response and assured fans that the updated tour calendar would be announced soon.

"The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill" is widely regarded as one of the greatest albums of all time, receiving critical acclaim and winning multiple Grammy Awards. The album's impact on the music industry is significant, blending genres like R&B, hip-hop, and reggae. Hill described it as a "love song" to various aspects of her life, including family, cultural influences, and social issues.
