Prime Energy contains 200 milligrams of caffeine per can. That's almost twice the amount of caffeine in a can of Red Bull. Despite Prime Energy containing a warning that it is not recommended for children under the age of 18, the senetor argues that the energy drink is currently packaged and marketed "in near identical form" to the caffeine-free Prime hydration drink. This has caused parents to unknowingly buy the caffeinated version of the popular drink.
