The Mpumalanga businessman also tried to make his 2019 corruption case disappear and in 2019 Sam Chabalala Mshengu was charged with holding fake citizenship, fraud, corruption, possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition.
Sam Chabalala Mshengu was released on R200 000 bail, he was arrested by the hawks after a sting operation and his case has been postponed to 21 February for a formal bail application and he allegedly paid a whopping R 120 000 for the release of his car and to make his docket disappear and If found guilty he will lose the money and his luxury car.
