Atlanta rapper, Future, also known as Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, made his cover debut in the luxurious and exclusive Soho House Mag’s most recent issue.

The songwriter and record producer has been getting all his flowers from headlining Rolling Loud Miami to being honored by RIAA for 95 million units certified. “We’re thrilled to celebrate that Future now has 95 million RIAA certified units spanning nine albums and 68 separate singles! He’s in an elite group – very few artists have achieved this level of success in the history of our nearly 65-year-old program. Congratulations to Future and his incredible Epic Records and Freebandz teams!” shares RIAA COO, Michele Ballantyne.

In the Soho House Mag issue, the artist talks about his love for design, how he came to find his aesthetic and how he feels about being deemed the Best Rapper Alive by GQ. Future said, “God’s design influences me the most. I love beaches, trees, natural landscapes, things that existed before us.” It couldn’t be more accurate as he is pictured in a vibrant silk Valentino pajama set coupled with white Bottega clogs as he leans over the marble bathtub at Soho Beach House Miami. It’s 1000% giving private island vibes.

We loved the Gucci suit he wore in the other shots as it shows a more sensational side of the father. He takes on a new look in each photo, similar to his various personas. During the interview, he says, “My different personas were a front row seat to me evolving as a human.” Future’s authentic storytelling is one of the reasons his music has been streamed over 30 billion times. One thing about Future: he’s gonna be Future. Even on the set of this magazine shoot, he decided mid-shoot to request an IV drip, “putting production on pause for an hour to take an impromptu self-care break.” “I think I influence people to be themselves,” he says. “To be confident enough to be authentic and to use discernment.” And you definitely need the confidence to pull off some of the fashions from the shoot.

Take the bold, blue Dzojchen Suit styled with the Marni socks and striking, white Bottega Veneta clogs, for example. We adore the contrasting combination, but it also takes a fearless soul to pull it off, which Future did effortlessly. When Soho House Mag asked the artist about his style, he said, “Money and access have been the biggest influence on my personal style. Being able to shop all over the world, working consistently with my stylist Bobby Wesley for years, we’re always elevating my look, and we both have great taste.” Street meets wealth is a great way to label Future’s brand. The last shot shows Future in a more playful light as he poses in a matching Prada set. He also said that he doesn’t have favorites regarding fashion brands. “I like what I like at the moment.” Lucky for Future, this entire cover is a moment.
