Rihanna's Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin products will be available in Botswana, Ghana, Kenya, Namibia, Nigeria, South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe and that it's "just the beginning."

“I am a proud Bajan who also feels a close connection to Africa, and its people,” Rihanna says in a press release. “I've had the pleasure, and the privilege, to spend time on the continent and those experiences never leave you. Now, being able to bring Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin to eight African countries and then hopefully more in the future — means so much to me.”

Rihanna began in 2017 with a plan to make products for people with all skin tones. She realized that the beauty industry lacked inclusivity and set out to fix the problem. The mogul has done just that with over 50 foundations and expanded into Fenty Skin in just seven years. The official Fenty Beauty and skincare lines announced the news via their Instagram accounts, writing: “The wait is finally OVA!!! AFRICA – we pullin up!” the message continued. “Who ready?! We’ve been workin hard to make this happen! We’ll be available in Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Namibia, Botswana, Ghana, Zambia, and Zimbabwe local retailers starting MAY 27!” Fenty Beauty’s expansion to Africa means consumers can shop the brand’s entire skincare and makeup collection, in person at select retailers and online.

Besides the U.S., Fenty Beauty is also sold in locations such as Canada, Mexico, France, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, Singapore, and the Middle East.
