How to Register
Register on the Department of Health’s EVDS. This is mandatory. Based on your registration details, EVDS will issue you with your unique code when it is your turn to be vaccinated. Without this code, you won’t be eligible for vaccination. You can also register by dialling *134*832# or WhatsApp the word REGISTER to 0600 123456
PLEASE NOTE: All KZN vaccination sites will be closed until further notice. Customers will be contacted to reschedule bookings. The following sites are open in Gauteng: Midrand, Fourways, Menlyn, Centurion. All sites open in the following regions: Western Cape, Eastern Cape - Baywest, Bloemfontein and Free State. Walk-ins are permitted.
You will need the following to register
1. Access to the internet
2. Your ID number, passport, asylum seeker or refugee number
3. Your contact information, primarily a cellphone number
4. Your work or home address
